“Hotel interamente ristrutturato ed aperto da qualche settimana , di nuova concezione tutto self service...non cè personale alla reception. La camera è ampia e dotatissima tv, tablet, frigobar, forno a microonde, bollitore per thè. Uniche pecche assurdo non prevedere impianto climatizzazione (in camera cè solo un piccolo ventilatore insufficiente) e la stanza è molto calda ...inoltre manca la porta del bagno andrebbe riparata immediatamente poichè per quanto mi riguarda è molto grave ”

I was told because of same maintenance but everything was solved, for two days nothing changed, it was a problem with the water mixer ( which I immediately clearly explained ). My room wasn't cleaned and they told me that this service is only under a specific request and this is written somewhere in the room, ok but as 99,9% of the Hotels do not have this approach, you have clearly to tell me this when I check in and not let me...
