“Booking did not state that it was a shared house. According to listing it was a 1 bedroom house which I expected to have for myself, not having to share with complete strangers. Very poor on behalf of owner and listing. Owner needs to be more transparent with listing. More of a back packers hostel. Only book if you are willing to share with strangers. It was well over an hour and after I had sent numerous messages that I got the information on how to access property.”

“pleasant comfortable accomodation very clean suitable for short stays suited our needs perfectly as near cafes only drawback is possibly the fact we didn’t have transport and the station was a fair distance from this place would have been perfect if we had had a car”

“Excellent location-close to Newport Station, restaurants and cafes. Quiet, secure and affordable price. Steep stairs to the flat would be the only consideration for some travellers.”
