“Such a wonderful stay! This was our second time staying here - the first was in winter, and now in early spring. We love the super clean, spacious cabin, the privacy of the cabins and the patios (depending on which cabin you choose.) The fire pit is great, looking onto a wonderful view. The landscaping is delightful, and will be magical as the owner develops it over the months and years to come. We felt really pampered, with nice amenities in the rooms, and superb value for all of this! Will...

“The staff is very friendly and helpful and attentive always. Parking is easy and free. The entire place is clean, quiet, and well-supplied. Breakfast was very good, with ample choices available. The lamp switches in our room didn't work very well, but we were able to have light as needed. The beds are comfortable, comforters cozy. Pillows are clean and fresh, but over-stuffed and hard. Still, we slept very well. We will be back to this hotel often!”

“We had an amazing, peaceful, and private stay—just what we wanted! The location was great and very close to everything decorah has to offer! The fall colors were beautiful and definitely showing off for us. We ended up using the air mattress to sleep on and that worked out really well for us as the back of the futon wasn’t very comfortable, but great for sitting! We were never able to find the trails that led down to the bottom of the Quarry, but that’s ok. We didn’t need to talk to the owners...
