“The room was clean, which is the baseline I care about most. The staff was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay, and that made a real difference. The continental breakfast covered the basics: waffles, yogurt, bagels and toast, cereal, and a surprisingly wide spread of Hostess snack cakes if you're in the mood for a sugar bomb. Nothing fancy, but plenty to get you out the door. The big drawback was the AC. It was loud enough to be a real distraction, and it made settling in for the...

“The cabin was not clean, there was food left in the refrigerator and used coffee grounds left in the coffee machine, the freezer was dirty and the floors were dirty as well, The garbage pail was not clean. The downtown offered no breakfast locations, or restaurants, only a bar across the street. Overall, we will not be staying at this location in the future.”

“Great place to stay for a quick getaway near the lake for fishing.”

“Booked this great place for a fishing trip and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house was spotless—everything was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. It even smelled great when we arrived. The hosts were friendly, attentive, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the process. We especially appreciated the pre-bagged ice, which helped keep our cooler cold and ready for our fishing days. The large driveway was another nice bonus, providing plenty of room for both our truck and...

“It was amazing. It looked beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves”

“ Everything was great comfortable lil cabin for 2 people would book again ”

“Exactly what we were looking for, nice view of the lake.”

“Great”

“This property really was home away from home. They provided everything you would need for a great vacation. Randy wasn't kidding when he said to pack light. Bring your food and enjoy. Very close to the boat ramps at rathbun lake. The only issue we had was the parking is tight with a boat and 2 vehicles. We made it work. Very nice place and we will surely be back.”

“The owners are very nice and courteous. There isn’t WiFi so prepare for that if you need it. Other than that everything else was perfect.”

“Cozy, comfy get away. Owners very easy to reach and responsive to a problem we had (that was in no way their fault). ”

“Only encountered two problems. Biggest bed was a double in the main bedroom. We are large people so had to sleep in separate bedrooms. No large bowls in kitchen. Had to buy a bowl to make salad. Everything else was great. Very clean and comfortable.”

“The place was perfect for us. Randy is an amazing host! Thanks for all the extras and advising to pack light.”

“Cute cabin exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again!”

“Great location, easy to get to and not far from a main town for groceries and gas!! Highly recommend!!”
