“The thing that makes this hotel is the friendly staff. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and they had a pool and hot tub! ”

She was at the door and we was telling her the person that had the room prior to our stay left a women’s top. She wouldn’t listen only said, in English. I don’t speak English. Really??? Service staff should be required to know English . What if I was having a heart attack??? Could she help me then? She just walked away . ”

“The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to explode and there was no phone in the room to call for help with the TV. Its default did not go to regular programing but to Firestick and couldnt do anything from remote”

“Not a lot of outlets to charge your phone, which you will need your box to plug in as they don't have the USB option. If you bring a computer and need to charge it, may have to unplug the microwave to use that outlet, or have to put it on one side of the bed; which was where the 4 outlets where. Toilet in bathroom was very low to the floor. Ceiling tile in bathroom close to shower had water spot, so must have been a leak at some point. Otherwise it was a good place to lay your head. “The property itself wasn't awful, but it was not clear that there would be outside stairs, lots of them. The bathroom was TINY, there was mouse poop in the silverware drawer and all of the furniture except for the bed and kitchen chairs were super uncomfortable. I would not stay here again in the future ”

“The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly.
