“At the time of my booking, this was rated 8.0. In my opinion, it is not deserving of this rating. It is more like a 6.0 to 7.0. There was no soap or shampoo available. The handle to adjust the shower water fell off on first use, The inside of the microwave had not been cleaned and there was food splattered all over. There are no kitchen utensils or cooking items of any kind. The walls/ceiling are paper thin with children running in the upstairs room for hours. The facility is cheaply...

“This hotel is very run down. They no longer serve breakfast and haven’t for months even though it still says it on their website and the signs posted throughout the hotel. The pool is not open even though it is summer and over 90*. The garbage disposal in our room was inoperable. The furniture was very worn and routine maintenance has not been kept up (doors that won’t close, stains on walls and floors, lack of dishware, windows with cracks and lacking screens) I would not recommend this hotel.”

“We didn't avail ourselves of any of the amenities except to stay in the home to sleep, but it was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked and a dream for anyone wanting to cook there. Also, the owner was amazing. She and her management team were on top of every correspondence and request within minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home and enthusiastically recommend it to others.”

“We really felt comfortable at this property. Steven was a great host; very responsive and even provided extra amenities at the home so they'd be on site if we needed them. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. Each room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The property itself is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping, and is in a very nice area. Would recommend and stay here again!”

“Property was comfortable, but several factors should be considered if booking. There really is no Mountain View, it sits directly on a fairly busy road, lots of stairs ( dragging luggage up a bit cumbersome), and upstairs a bit tricky to regulate temperature, fireplace remote did not work, and it sits directly beneath one of Denver International’s flight path. Wouldn’t necessarily discourage booking, it definitely fit our lodging needs”
