“We arrived late, 3am, due to flights. I was worried because I had not alerted the hotel of our late arrival. They had no problem checking us in. The girl at the desk was so sweet and friendly even at 3am. It was a nice greeting. The breakfast and coffee was great as well!”

“The room was clean and I really liked the mini kitchen. The bathroom had rusty stains on the baseboard, which was curling away from the wall and in the toilet, which made dripping noises all the time. But I shut the door while I was sleeping and couldn’t hear it. The bed was comfy and had pillow choices. Breakfast had a lot of options and was good. There’s some good options of walkable restaurants and a Walmart next door and Safeway and King Soopers are about a mile on either direction. ...

“Perfect place”

“This was a wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. My sister and I were in town visiting other family members living in the area. It was a perfect size for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go.Communication with the owner was great and everything was as described in listing. I would certainly recommend the property to anyone looking for a convenient "home away from home."”

Dan was a great host, responded quickly to communications, and went above and beyond in providing us with a pack n play and a step stool to the bathroom sink for the kids. We will be back!
