“Clean, amenities were good, breakfast was very good. As one of the premier hotels in Marble Falls situated on the shore of Lake Marble Falls, and having a high price tag per night, I would think the owner/management could invest in new, "SMART" TVs and better cable/satellite/streaming TV.”

“Everything was fantastic except for the trash that was left on the front porch by the previous occupant. This was in the instructions for checkout, but the staff never picked it up. I messaged them about it, it was still there two days later when we checked out, but now ours is sitting next to it. I’m not sure if there is anyone on-site over night, we never saw anyone.”

“I live 10 minutes from the property and had my AC go out so I got a room rather than suffer through the heat. I purchased a twelve pack of beer and drank two beers and accidentally left the beer in the the fridge and called the hotel hoping to return to retrieve and was told it was thrown out.”

“I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I traveled out of town (7hrs) to Killeen Tx. to attend a gender reveal and visit my son that’s in the military. I didn’t get the proper sleep do to the sound of crickets, I got settled in my room around 7pm, but around a little after 8 that’s when the nightmare begins with the sounds of crickets( insects) coming from my ac unit. I called guest service, she explained that’s she’s new working and will call me back with a solution. Calls back a few minutes later...

“The property was full of people hanging around that seemed to be addicted to drugs of some form. The police was on property searching someone room. The noise was unbearable. I left early in fear of being robbed. I wasted my money and time going to this location. Would not recommend.”
