“Staff was so great and helpful and welcoming. Honestly would return just for that. Room was clean and spacious. Wish we were there for more than just one night!”

“The room was okay and spacious. The check-in was confusing. We had to call to ask for a key to get in, soap, and the WiFi password. There were none of the usual amenities (ice, help at the front desk,etc). There was a bit of a language barrier. The sofa was torn and soiled. All-in-all it was ok.”

“heck in started at 3:00 and we arrived at 4:00 and they said our room wasn't ready and could we come back in 20 to 25 minutes. We did. Our reservation was for a studio with a king bed. When we returned they said they were going to upgrade us for our trouble, but when we went to the room it was a suite with a queen bed. I triCed several times to call the front desk and no one answered and I went down to the front desk where I was told the phones were not working and had not been working for 3...

“The supposedly lux trailer was very noisy because it was parked along the road in a spot where trucks accelerate, the freight train goes by and there seems to be poor insulation. No attention to details. ”
