“Everybody was very friendly and nice and helpful there at the property. I enjoyed that the rooms were cleaned, and there was plenty of towels, even though there was just two of us that checked in there was plenty of towels that we could take a shower each day with a clean . The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good. It had a nice option for healthy breakfast options and it was maintained very well also and clean was a little hesitant initially as this is right off the highway,...

“Studio 3 is a wonderful place to stay. It is furnished nicely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer and the fact that the hosts supplied a couple of days worth of detergent. The hosts were phenomenal! On the night of our arrival some really nasty storms rolled in causing a power outage. They were super helpful with all information that they had available to them and willing to help make things more comfortable for us until power was restored. We loved the fact that this little gem is tucked...

“To take a historic building (a bank) and turn it into a modern day Vrbo is impressive. But incorporating pictures and pieces from the past into the decor was unexpected and amazing. The location is perfect (center of town). It is within walking distance of most restaurants and places you will want to explore. We drove down for family weekend and She decided that a quiet weekend on the lake would be better than the hustle bustle of Knoxville. We hired a fishing guide to take us fishing and then watched the football game on TV. The house was perfect. ”
