“Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

“You get what you pay for… Rooms are almost clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. Do not unroll the tub mat. Front desk is mid unless you get the younger tall guy and he’s just rude — if you’re just stopping on your way through it’s the cheapest and easiest. My advice - drive on to Knoxville ”

“This is the fourth year we’ve stayed at this property and there’s a reason for coming back each year. The house comfortably sleeps 10 and is always clean. The huge back porch is a common area for everyone to hang out with very comfortable seating. The view is gorgeous looking at the lake. The marina is walking distance from the house. Karen, the owner, has always quickly communicated with me and always makes the check in process a breeze. We’ve even been able to get in a couple hours early. If...
