“Our room was very clean and we did have a view of the beach. I wish we had more time to use the walking path. It had a cute shopping area.”

“Typical Jersey Shore motel. Rooms were clean and staff helpful.Don’t like that when you arrive they ask you if you want to park on site and it is 20 dollars extra. That should be included in the original reservation.”

“Everything went pretty good except for both nights that we stayed here we were woken up 4 or 5 times between 1am and 4am because there were 30 kids hanging out on the patio all night. Mention it to the front desk they didn’t seem to care much about it. They use a flat sheet to cover the mattress and it was bear at the bottom end of it. The quilt on the bed was paper thin. The tub had hair in it.”

“This hotel was dated and the staff was not friendly. We stayed on a wash out of a weekend. One would think the staff would be extra helpful and hospitable given the fact that it was empty and we still came. There are no security features. Anyone can get on any elevator and go right into the guests halls. The hotel charges for everything. ..water, extra people in the room. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I would not stay here again.”

“Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. ”

“Hotel is in a great location! Rooms are quite large and the little kitchens are nicely outfitted! Ours had a keurig coffee machine! Only complaint was the fire alarm going off, because some guest burnt something in their microwave. We were all forced to evacuate into cold and raining weather. We were traveling with 2 babies - not ideal to have to rush outside. And the woman behind the counter at the time was extremely disrepectful and nasty! The other desk staff were fine.”
