“The 2nd TV in the 'Suite' portion of our room did not work at all. There were large stains all over the carpet in our rooms - and even worse - visible on the side of the mattresses as the sheets were not tucked in all the way. The final breaking point was NO COFFEE in the morning. The coffee machine in the communal breakfast area was broken. The old-school percolator that they borrowed from the Holiday Inn across the parking lot also did not work. We will never stay again.”

“Roaches running around, broken/missing smoke detector, old furnishings and beds. No info given on free breakfast and no help given when tv remote didn’t work. Not staying here again.”

“We love this small business motel! Pride in ownership so it’s always clean and comfortable!”

“Hotel molto pulito e accogliente. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile.Molto buono il livello di servizi offerto.”

“The rooms were disgusting.I had roaches, got stung by bee.Inside the room, the property manager did refund our money. We had to find another motel during a busy time.It was not a good experience”

“Unfortunately, the property is older and has not been kept up to date. The vent fan in the bathroom was missing the cover. And, the ceiling tiles had water stains which may be a sign as to the source of the water on the floor. The bath towel was the smallest and thinnest ever seen. And they only provided one. The cover on the air conditioner was falling off.”

“Muy mal servicio mi reservación la tenía desde el domingo al salir el martes cuando llegó a hacer check-in estaba cerrado el domingo no había ningún teléfono para comunicarme con ello y tenían que estar enviarme un código el cual no lo resivi hasta el lunes Tuve que hacer otra reservación en otro hotel el lunes pasé por este hotel y tuve muy mala experiencia y pésima actitud y muy mal comportamiento de parte del personal no lo recomiendo .”

“Perfect place! Plenty of bathrooms. Everything we needed! Clean and comfy! Thank you!!”

“Clean property. Host was easy to communicate with.”

“Was a cute place my family enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a lovely stay in Galena! The property was spotless and every amenity was covered. The smoke/CO2 alarm was beeping when we arrived but it was just a low battery. We messaged the hosts and they told us where the batteries were and we replaced them on our own. They were also responsive to any messages we sent them. The property is less than a mile from Route 66, and many other attractions are within 30 miles. We would stay here again if we are in the area!”

“Great place that is very clean. friendly and helpful hosts. Quiet neighborhood.”

“This place was BEAUTIFUL! The host was excellent about communication and responding. We will absolutely rent this place again in our future!”
