“Room is dirty, some of the things wasn't work properly. Toilet not flushing properly or hand sink not draining properly either. Vary poor room condition.”

“Would stay at this hotel again. It was nice and great areas for the kids and adults to enjoy. The rooms were clean but very dark. We were only there for 2 nights but when house keeping came in they did not make our beds or empty the garbages just replaced towels and toilet paper, thought that was odd. Also the front desk staff is not overly pleasant or personable. But the hotel was great for what we needed.”

“The property needs to be updated. The building is over40 years old and it shows. The showerheads are probably the cheapest available as it's a coffee maker in the room. I don't think there's any excuse for that that said the staff was especially accommodating when my initial room was like a sauna. However, is not something I understand. I probably will stay there again given the price is very reasonable. That compared to others in the downtown area.”

“We have stayed at this location for the past few years while we attend the Kentucky three day event. It is super convenient off 75, with restaurants, shopping, and gas. It’s a quick 10 minute trip to the Kentucky horse park, which makes it a great place to stay.”

“The staff was friendly but not helpful. None of the electrical outlets worked on the desks or night stands. The drian in the shower do not drain and I was standing in inches of water while showering and it back flowed. Told the lady working the morning front desk and she just said ‘sorry’. That was disappointing for a $238 stay. Not what I expected with other competitors of the Marriott and Hilton close by.”

“There was a flashing green light that blinked all night long on the smoke detector. I have epilepsy and it almost made me have a seizure. I got no sleep and would have asked to change rooms if it wasn’t so late at night. Hotel should refund my money as it’s crazy to pay when the hotel makes it prohibitive albeit I’m possible to sleep and is a photosensitivity health issue. ”

“I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Lexington area over the last 25 years and this hotel was one of the best. Our room had two very comfortable queen beds with a separate sitting area with an L shaped couch. Despite being across from the elevator, I did not hear it and slept well. Very clean room with clean towels. I love that the vanity was outside the shower/toilet so that one person can be getting ready while another showered. The closet was large enough to hang clothes, as I prefer to do....
