“It was great”

“We arrived and at check in, I was asked to pay for the room when I had already paid for the room at the time of booking. I told the front desk person that it was already paid for but he insisted that the charge didn't go through. I paid at the front desk for the room. I then saw BOTH charges appear on my statements. I contacted the hotel and was told it was a hold and needed to wait 7 days. It is the 7th day and the charge is still on both cards. The room smelled of mold and the bathroom was not...

“We stayed here for baseball. The pool, room, and lounge were clean. Breakfast was good”

“The room was very nice and comfortable. The front desk had everything ready when we arrived. Clerk was not the most congenial, but did what she needed to do. Didn't use the pool this trip, but it was available. We got in on the tail-end of breakfast, so it was a little scant, but that was to be expected. Nice hotel.”

“I mistakenly left a men's leather jacket in the room when I left. It was room 119 and I left on June 19. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact the hotel. I tried calling several times but I only got the automated reservation desk.”

“This is the cutest, roomiest basement VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! We loved the mid century modern decor and the beds were comfortable, nice bedding, ample supplies, and overall a great vibe. We were so busy we were wishing we could have stayed in the apartment more!”

“This is a quaint older home that’s been updated. Clean. In a quiet neighborhood. Definitely a place we’d stay again. Amenities were top notch. Plenty of towels. The host was quick to respond and address questions. One item we observed, the bathroom lights could be brighter. ”
