“Breakfast was good. Air conditioning wasn’t working well, and while maintenance came, I don’t think it worked right. It was warm all night. Front desk clerk was nice upon check in, even though she was slammed. Will stay again.”

“The rooms were not clean. There was trash on the floor and hair in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty. I waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before there was someone at the front desk. When informed of the wait, he merely said nothing and began to check me in. ”

“Clean rooms, nice staff, easy parking, the breakfast is not included with the stay so you will have to pay to eat at the buffet at the connecting restaurant ”

“Very clean and attentive, friendly staff. A small complaint is they are somewhat stingy on shampoo. Suggest you bring your own.”

“Elevators were broken forcing us to walk around the outside of the building to reach our rooms. Rooms were outdated, the television was in need of replacement. Overall the establishment was overpriced for what we received.”

“When we arrived the access code given via email did not work. I called several times, sent a messge through VRBO and did not get a response back from the host until the next morning. If I had not called several other 'known associates' that I found online we would have been locked out all night in the cold. The host does not offer an alternate contact option. Then the second night it was rather cold at 12 and only 1 of the heaters was working. The information binder indicated extra blankets but...

“Very convenient location for Jeff city - maybe a little too convenient as the traffic noise from the 3 converging major highways (oh and the train line) things get a little noisy at times. But host was very communicative and easy to deal with. ”
