“In my reviews, I ALWAYS consider the type of facility, location, any "stars" associated with it and of course the price ! Also this time, the WB's rule has not failed. Helpful reception, clean and spacious room. Also the bathroom was satisfying. We spent a really resting night in really comfortable beds. The breakfast is a bit limited, if I compare it with standard BW level. Never mind, I surely can recommend this motel.”

“It’s a cheap room, so the accommodations are in line with the price. The poor review is based on the horrible smell that made it unbearable. The AC was a mixture of bleach, mold, and what smelled like marijuana from a previous guest. ”

“Extremely comfortable beds, fully stocked bath and kitchen had everything we needed for our morning coffee. Communication with the host was excellent. Check in and check out was simple, parking is right out front and nice restaurants within walking distance.”

“We stayed in ‘Alice’ and it was just fine for 2! It is small but quaint and very clean!! Location is away from any Stephenville traffic - easy to get to! Will be back! Owners communicated quickly prior to our stay. I think this place will be very popular!”

“The property was very nice! There are 2 family dogs that are super friendly and my grandson enjoyed playing with them. They left fresh eggs for us and those were the best eggs I’ve ever had. The views are breathtaking! This was such a beautiful property. A perfect little get a way. Oh and the customer was excellent!”

“This property is one cottage of many. We stayed in Cordelia which was in the very back of the property. Though it is a cottage community, privacy was not lacking. Perfect spot for a needed getaway.”

“The home was very clean, though it looked like people still live there, the way they had locks on doors and had all their family pictures all over the house. The host was very attentive, but they did not have a deck by their house as it showed in the pictures. We had to go to lake Brownwood to go fishing and pay for every day we were there.
