“Virtually everything was in disrepair or broken. Smell of marijuana, and moldy smells all over… Trying to save money prove to be selfish step down… if there were a choice for zero stars, that would be it.”

“Perfect location. We could Walk the Katy trail to the farmers market and restaurants. The hotel bar was quaint and had wonderful crafted drinks. The dining room and food were fresh and delicious. Our room overlooked the river , but was somewhat noisy due to the cooling system located above us on the roof. Overall this hotel was nostalgic and a delight to stay at.”

“Nichole was so helpful. We were arriving after 7:30pm and she suggested the J Huston Tavern in Arrow Rock for dinner. She also made our check in after hours easy. This Hotel is lovely and the gardens were beautiful. We loved this historic hotel and the Railroad History. We slept in a comfortable post bed. It was more than a hotel it was also a museum for us. Recommend, recommend and recommend.”

“The Katy Kottage is an older home but nicely updated. The large kitchen, dining, and living spaces are open concept and very comfortable with pleasing decor. The one bathroom is on the small side but EXTREMELY NICE, especially the shower. Close walk to downtown. I’d definitely stay there again if we go back to Boonville.”

“The owner was very responsive with questions, let us know about a problem that came up and when it was fixed. House was very well stocked with everything that we could have wanted to make ourselves at home. Very roomy. I would highly recommend this place and we are hoping to return in the future.”

“What an amazing place to stay, in the heart of Boonville! At Debi’s place, you are close to restaurants, bars, the Katy trail & numerous Main Street shops & activities. Debi was an excellent host, made sure we had everything we needed & offered great suggestions for our little getaway. The place itself is cozy, exceptionally clean, well decorated & equipped with everything we needed. There is a full kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed & a smart TV. We can’t wait to come back!”
