“Great hotel!”

“Booked a studio suite. The pictures online made the suite look like it was a big space but after seeing it in person, it was so small especially the bathroom. I came in to a blocked bathroom sink, small pillows, not enough towels and the chrome cast TV in the room and living room were not working. I was also expecting a kitchen sink in the living room area but there was nothing. I spent most of my time contacting the help desk to get housekeeping and engineering instead of relaxing after a long...

“Its nice and quiet”

“I arrived on time for check in and was told the king bed room I booked wasn’t ready that they would let me know when the room is ready or if I want they could give me another room which was a double queen. I was stranded for up to two hours after traveling many hours of flight before they finally provided a king bed room. I don’t know if it’s the culture in Atlanta or poor booking/hotel management.”
