Pros include newer appliances in the kitchen, a Roku TV and wi-fi, seating for six in the living room, laminate flooring in the kitchen, and good central heating and water heater. The cons include: 1. an unpleasant smell throughout the home that is common in older houses, 2. a worn out and damaged...
