“The staff were very helpful and kindly moved me to a different room when I reported the issue. Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring rooms was still very loud, making it difficult to sleep. While I appreciated the excellent service from the staff, the poor soundproofing made my stay uncomfortable.”

“I woke up in the middle of the night to what sounded like a mouse chewing on something. Bed was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were average. Water was really hot. Breakfast was also average.”

“Everything was old, the room was sparse, small bed and a big empty space where maybe a table (?) was supposed to go. The tub was disgusting, splattered stains. Frayed carpet by the bed. It looks like they tried to keep it clean but it was all just gross with a cheap pottery barn style aesthetic smeared on top. Should have known from the price what I was getting.”
