“The hot tub was not working, and we were disappointed, since we came here to take a weekend to relax. The staff was so kind to switch our room to a jacuzzi suite. Bonus! Privacy, and no chlorine! They truly went above and beyond to help resolve our issue.Thank you all! ”

“Hotels.com sold a room in a hotel room in a hotel that was closed. Drove 2 hours to get there to find this out. Then drove another 2 hours to another hotel. Incredibly frustrating that the hotel owners and management do not notify hotels .com of these closures. 0/10 stars for Motel 6 or Super 8 in Albert Lea (the current is motel 6 which is closed for construction. However maps show that location as a super 8.) it was a terrible experience at 9:30pm that has scared me away from hotels.com all...

“My husband and I stayed here for a mid-week getaway for our anniversary. What a great value! Upstairs king bed was comfortable and kitchen was well appointed for cooking. There's a really nice walking trail around the lake just outside the front door that we took advantage of and were really impressed with the quality of the restaurants in town. Would stay here again our next time in Albert Lea (and would bring the kids!) ”
