“This was a great weekend trip for me and my bf’s bday! It was a super hot weekend but AC kept up pretty well. Great communication! Lots of lakes near by like Elk Lake and lots to do in Glenwood which is close. ”

“My parents, my husband, son and I stayed at this farmhouse for two nights while we explored the area around Kensington where my parents grew up in the 1930's. The location is super beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the birds feed, the deer, and all of the flowers and trees. The quiet was spectacular. We also saw sandhill cranes, trumpeter swans and other wildlife. The house was so clean and had everything we could want. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and other amenities....

There are beautiful sunrise views, fishing on the dock is so handy, and people in town are so nice. I wish there was a ladder so we could swim here but the town beach is nice. ”

“The Boar's Abode was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of room for our entire family. The kitchen worked great for cooking all of our meals and grilling outside was great. The massage chair was a popular relaxation spot for the teens and young adults. Would definitely rent this place again. ”
