“Check-in was 3;00, but we arrived two hours early. Our room was ready, but we were charged $20 if we wanted it right then. We took it because there isn't anything else to do in Berlin. We checked out two hours early the next day and received nothing. The fellow was not knowledgeable about Berlin at all. Rooms are small and stuffy. Because the window was warped, we couldn't open it. Bathroom amenities were 3/4 of an ounce each of shampoo and conditioner, a bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper...

“The double bed rooms are spacious & the owner was helpful when I had a problem.”

“The b&b was lovely. The owners were so nice and very accommodating! The breakfast was fabulous! I came up for business this time but will bring my husband next time! There will definitely be a next time!”

“The home was beautiful with plenty of outdoor areas to sit. The breakfasts were delicious, the bed was comfortable, and Candace and Paul were wonderful hosts. Would definitely stay again.”

“Struttura un pò datata ma ben tenuta, pulita e confortevole, wi-fi da migliorare. Personale cortese e disponibile, prezzo un pò alto per il reale valore del servizio offerto ma viene sfruttata la relativa vicinanza con Oshkosh nella settimana della manifestazione aerea.”

“We had a great stay at the property. The house was beautiful and clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect (short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars). Our host was very responsive and accommodating!”

“Entering the property was not kept up at all. The porch was dirty. The yellow chairs on the porch were dirty and broken. The inside was clean but there were no bath towels. We could not stay had to get a motel room The owners would not reimburse our money either. Bad experience.”

“Very clean and nice neighborhood”

“Just a great place to stay! Comfy beds, private backyard deck & clean! Would def stay here again!”

“Wonderful little cabin. The grill situation is unfortunately poor and nearly unusable. Would have been 10/10 had there been a fully dfunt”

“Cute property nicely located overlooking a beautiful marsh and river! Definitely recommend. Great value. Perfect for a couple. Recommended to host that window coverings be placed over picture window and patio door as well for privacy and security on riverside.”
