“The hotel needs a remodel. One elevator was broken, the other you could look through the floor and see the elevator shaft, and the bathrooms need to be repaired.”

“The room was clean although the alarm clock did not power on. Non functioning appliances should not be taking up space. Breakfast was decent. Staff was good and AC worked great. It was an unpleasant shock to be directed to a 3rd party parking operator for my car. I aborted the process when the parking registration was demanding credit card information. I chose to park off premises. Huge negative!”

“The front desk associate was rude . When checking in , I was not aware of the hold charge . So, i explained to him that Expedia did not have that on their site for this certain hotel . He replies “ it didn’t show on Expedia” .Because I only book one night , he figured I did not have the funds. His behavior was so unprofessional & i am highly disgusted with his attitude. After I paid he looked at me in discomfort . The other staff I encountered were polite. ”
