“Worst experience. Staff that checked us in charged me $250 dollars to have my dog and laughed at me when I asked if I could cancel reservation/ refund, she said you can just leave. When I mentioned the only reason booking bc it was pet friendly, she said only some rooms are and the room I chose wasn’t yet there were no protocols different to clean it. I mentioned that it wasn’t clear on the site bc I only booked at a pet friendly hotel so I could bring my dog then proceeded to argue about how...

“A perfect place for a family weekend! We loved being right on the lake and enjoyed the convenience of the Lean-To right on property. Conveniently located to both Old Forge & Inlet. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Very noisy hotel! The bed frames were totally made of metal. Sounded like crawling in and out of a dumpster when getting into bed. Motel is next to an on/off ramp. Also very close to railroad tracks.. Bring earplugs. Continental breakfast was lacking. No hot food, generic cereal and weak coffee.”

“Such a unique space which was perfect for us cycling the Erie Canal trail. It was very close to the trail and our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated having the availability of a continental breakfast as well. Staff was very communicative and let us know what to expect, directions for checking in, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Little Falls is a quaint little town.”
