“Staff was very friendly and reservations, pre-checkin, and stay went smoothly.”

“Room was a little bit dingy, showing signs of wear. Staff is always very friendly. I don’t generally use the amenities, but they seem just OK. I did see one small cockroach in my room, which happens in this area, but was still unnerving. Overall the property needs a little TLC. Appreciate that they are pet friendly and well located close to La Plaza Mall.”

“It's an older hotel, but that doesn't take away from the experience. THe staff were excellent and the amenities served their purpose.”
