“Very nice hotel and staff”

“Evening staff was great! We came in late and once the receptionist saw our family she upgraded our room to the more spacious 2 queens with sofa!!”

“Like: convenient to reach. Dislike: broken elevator and placing 70 year old on 3rd floor.”

“Well maintained landscaping and property inside and out. Friendly staff. Missed breakfast but the dining area was very nicely done. Room was mostly clean. Toilet paper was not restocked and there was dust on some fixtures. Fan in bathroom did not work. Would not recommend staying on floors 1 or two because the ceilings are thin, meaning that you can hear every footstep or other noises from your upstairs neighbors. Headboards were also loose and loud.”

“They did not recognize our service dog resulting in giving us a terrible room and charged us $57 extra. The staff was rude and condescending. The room was not clean with a terrible odor. We have never experienced a situation like this and we travel often with our small hearing assist service dog. Don't stay at this hotel!!”

“No staff to check us in. After an hour gave us a room that smelled like smoke. No WiFi. Plugs falling out of the walls. Constant weed smell”

“I love the place didn't have any problems the staff was great anything that we needed they was there the only thing that I didn't like just a little predated but but it was definitely clean and I will go back and stay again”
