“Beautiful view of the kake”

“I was surprised how outdated the room was. It smelled musty. Although I appreciated the toilet plunger in the bathroom for emergencies, it was quite unsightly. You could hear movement from the room above amplified like furniture was being moved & the breakfast was not impressive. Maybe the other rooms are nicer. I would not recommend the one I was in.”

“Don't rely on the photos. Stay for the ice cream shop and the beautiful lake. If the manager spent some time fixing up the space or cleaning instead of sitting outside yelling at guests, it would probably be a nicer atmosphere. Second time coming here, have recommended to friends and family. I understand that the property is old, but that doesn't excuse the fact that it was filthy. Spots on sheets, had to wear sandals in the shower for how nasty the bathrooms were.”

“The reason this review is so favorable is the general manager, Jessica. We met her at check-in and she was delightful, she personified Hospitality. She helped us with everything from the tv to where we might dine, with a smile and a super helpful attitude. If she was closer to my home I’d try to poach her for my business. If AmericInn could clone her they’d have the #1 spot in every market.”

“Ice machine was out of order, ,our room had something liquid on the floor upon arrival, hair dryer didn’t work , bottom dresser drawer was very dirty, fridge and microwave were not working on arrival. Most quality inns are decent but this one is below our previous quality inn stays”

“There was a lot of noise from upstairs because of the event center. More than indicated both at night and a lot in the morning that woke us up. You can also hear the kitchen staff like they’re in the room with you.”
