“The property was clean and convenient. Although I was surprised at the price, it was one of the more affordable options. Not a big problem, but our tv didn’t connect properly to local cable and when we called the front desk, we were assured that someone would come up to help us and no one came to fix it. Not a big deal for us but if we had wanted to watch tv it would have required another call.”

“It sounded like they had been having issues with the hot tub for a while which was frustrating when it was one of the things we look for when booking and I feel there could be some way to report this for Expedia bookings. The water in the shower was warm at best, it never got hot enough for an enjoyable shower and the key cards were temperamental. We also had to “check out” our pool towels and return them. We were told it was because people steal them all the time. I’m not sure how that is my...

“The property itself was clean and perfectly acceptable. The walls were thin, and the neighbors, loud. The TV volume could not be adjusted, and so was too quiet to hear. Oddly, though, I could hear the neighbor's TV just fine! An ok spot for an overnight, located near a beautiful park and close to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores.”

“Room was clean, no bad smells. Nice big fridge and microwave. Plenty of towels and linens. I did not have breakfast but the breakfast area looked great! Front desk clerk was cheerful and helpful. Property around the area needs help, I’m sure it’s no fault of hotel ownership cause the place right next to it is run down and boarded up. Frontage road is absolutely atrocious, full of potholes. I’d stay again.”

“Second time staying here, and I love it. But, I was in a different room, and one window did not have light blocking curtains. Please add them! ”

“I plan to stay here again. My wife and I take a drive every year to see the fall colors. My opinion, this is the only place to stay in Bemidji. Fact is, now I look to stay at Hilton Double Tree locations wherever we travel to. (stayed at one in Denver this past June. Would have stayed at one in Canada in Sep if I could have found one) I'm sold on the quality and service. The Bemidji staff are WONDERFUL. (great b-fast also)”
