“Ho cambiato 4 stanza perche in ognuna ho trovato lenzuola piene di peli. Alla fine mibsono fatto dare lenzuola pulite e le ho cambiate personalmente. Pavimenti sporchi .”

“I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene.”

“The room was clean but had flies in the room and a fly strap hanging in the corner. The bathroom needs some work.”

“Breakfast was amazing and I loved the fact that bath linens and trash were taken care of everyday without having to ask. Stayed 5 days and would definitely stay again!!!!”

“The hotel was VERY dark and had a strong smell- like Pine Sol or Clorox. The ice machine did not look clean. The elevator was extremely slow-like it was about to quit working. Also, the fire alarm was set off at 2:20am and we had to go outside- ended up being a false alarm. Not a happy place nor clean.”

“Breakfast options for guests with the included breakfast package were quite limited. I'm not sure what was happening on that side, but the selection did not meet expectations.”

“Property was in disrepair, rooms dingy and foul smelling, ended up cancelling reservation and moving to a different hotel. Note, dont fall for the protection plan it does absolutely nothing.”

“Pool was closed completely, but the staff were kind and helpful, especially the maintenance tech. He offered to help my grandma with her bags into our room, and cleaned up a water leak from him washing the door. He was great and even waved at us every time we left or arrived at our room.”

“Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast”

“Nice hotel. Convenient to the hospital.”

“You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.”

“Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates.”

“Only stayed one night but it was nice, sheets where dingy and so were towels. Some of our towels were stained. But other than that was able to get a good night sleep and woke up to a descent breakfast.”

“This place was fabulous! We enjoyed our stay very much. We have attempted to go back a few times, but the price increase put it out of our budget. Great facility though!”
