“There was a dip in the bathtub that I kept slipping in while I was showering. Felt like this was a known problem as there was a safety railing in there. The staircase feels unsafe as it seems like it’s not part of the building once you enter. The elevators were breaking down and at one point only one elevator available while checking in. And there was no access to stairs from the outside of the building.”

“We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great.”

“I’ve been coming to this hotel for about 4 years. It was never a 5 star but it was decent, inexpensive and friendly. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. Aside from things I could overlook like the standard pillows on the king size bed, a press on nail beside the bed side table and scribbling on the wall, I couldn’t overlook being ignored when requesting new towels, multiple times and when I asked for my room to be cleaned specifically new sheets after my daughter had an accident, not only...
