“Pleased with stay”

“Newer building, clean rooms and a good breakfast. I will choose them again if we ever go back through Coffeyville.”

“The outside is pretty rough but rooms have been recently updated so they were clean and bathroom had a great shower. Unfortunately, there was just an overall musty smell which was unpleasant and the A/C blew right into the head of the bed which was uncomfortable.”

“I am handicapped and asked the front desk manager if I could have a ground floor room he said no very hard for me to climb the stairs. If I would’ve known, they did not have an elevator. I would’ve not stayed there. The step was great there was no breakfast and they have an indoor pool and my kids swim.”

“Hotel is horrible. First room they put me in hadn't been cleaned and appeared someone was already using the room. Manager apologized and gave me another room. It was late, so not worth complaining anymore but new room wasn't very clean, tub and sink were broken, TV was unplugged and didn't work, AC worked on and off. The property is horrible and not taken care of. Pool was an accident waiting to happen, no water in the pool, trash in the pool, gate wide open for a child to fall in pool. Not a...
