“For as much as they charge for military families they could do proper cleaning of the rooms. Toilet is falling thru and was supported by a 2x4. Hair all over the bedding. Bugs in the room and said no smoking but smelled of cigarettes. I’m disappointed as to how it is for service members and families. It’s close to base but in all honesty not worth what they provide.”

“I've stayed here whenever I have an art show in Northbrook. I haven't been back since 2019 and if the room I stayed in is typical to the others than the property has kind of gone down a bit... the in room phone did not work. The room had somewhere in tear with paint peeling, air conditioner vent was missing, so Air just blew out one direction directly at the bed. With the air conditioner on, you could barely hear the TV if I return next year to Northbrook, I will not be staying at this location.”

“I've contacted Expedia regarding this hotel. How its staff is completely unprofessional to the point of insulting property upkeep non existent, and if you need proof just walk into their elevator and look at their homemade signs on the wall taped up about how many people can be in the elevator at a time and what the weight limit is maxed.At never seen anything like it. This place is the worst hotel i've ever stayed at.And unfortunately, had to stay at for 2 weeks, with my children.Due to housing...
