“Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel is nice overall, room was fine, ac was good, but it hotel lacks entertainment. The bar has no music, which makes the atmosphere feel quiet, and it closes quite early. The complimentary beach chairs are a nice perk, but there are no umbrellas available. Also, the staff who collect the chairs constantly monitor guests and seem eager to remove them. They even start collecting the chairs before 7:00 p.m.,...

Non si fanno capire e pretendono la mancia senza però corrispondere un servizio soddisfacente e soprattutto cortese. È vicino al mare per cui 5 minuti e si in acqua. Ristoranti pochi e male assortiti. C'è di meglio.”

“Estuvimos hospedados en the bay inn at lani Kai y puedo decir que el apartamento estuvimos súper limpio, todo hermoso y es el perfecto lugar para disfrutar de la playa solo cruzar la calle y ahí estás, todo bien hermoso! Recomendado !”

“Bella struttura sul mare con suite veramente bella e attrezzata di tutti i comfort. Servizio spiaggia e piscina ottimo. In giro ci sono disseminati giochi per intrattenere bambini. Colazione ok. Cucina super attrezzata.”

“Resort molto bello ma eccessivamente caro per ciò che offre. Camere piccole, con spazio sacrificato in favore di sala e cucina. La spiaggia è di sassolini e conchiglie nel bagnasciuga e abbiamo trovato mare torbido con alghe in spiaggia e un’infinità di insetti volanti neri sia in spiaggia che in piscina davvero fastidiosi. Non abbiamo ricevuto i vantaggi previsti dalla prenotazione come Gold level neppure su esplicita richiesta. In generale il resort è adatto a famiglie e ad amanti di sport...

“Eravamo già stati in questo hotel parecchi anni fa e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa piacevole atmosfera. Aria familiare e tranquilla anche se accoglie molte persone. Camera pulita con bella terrazza e vista sull'acqua della baia, ampia spiaggia di sabbia appena attraversata la strada. Il ristorante è stato la vera sorpresa per la qualità del cibo veramente a un livello stellato. Lo consigliamo al 100% .”

“Bad customer service , I had high expectations for Hyatt Regency Coconut Point because the property itself is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined our stay. When we arrived, we had to wait over an hour while maintenance tried to fix our room door. After all that time, the door still wasn’t working. I spoke with a manager, who responded with an attitude instead of trying to make things right. We were finally moved to another room over an hour later, only to discover...
