“This place was terrible. Paint peeling off the doors & walls, mold in bathroom, sink didn’t drain well. When my spouse took a shower, they couldn’t get the water to shut off, plus the tub wasn’t draining. Had to call someone because the water ran over the tub all into our room. They couldn’t get the water off & had to use a wrench. Used our ice bucket to dump water from tub into toilet, but the damage was done. We checked out right away. No apology was given either. STAY AWAY from this...

“Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised for a hotel in a small town”

“This was our first trip to the Lake Norman area and we were so impressed with everything. This little cottage and its location is perfect. The privacy and safety are top notch. We hope to stay again on our future trips. We had a quiet, relaxed and fun couple of days!”

“Cozy and what was needed.”

“The house is beautiful and cozy. The host was amazing helping me with some stuff.”

“The property appears to be a brand new build. It was spacious and comfortable for our family get together. It is in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly located for our needs.”

“Excellent place and enough space for group of 8-12 people. Everything is great except for one thing.. the couch in the living room is kind of dirty. We had a great time there.”

“Everything was as advertised. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a family event, so we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach access, but we did walk over to it one morning, and it's an easy 2-3 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!”

“We stayed for one night at this great property - everything was clean, bright and well maintained. The property owner was great and we would return!”

“Great property! Right on the water with pool and hot tub. Can fish, swim and kayak right off the docks! Amazing master suite with three other bedrooms, plenty of space! Gorgeous sunrises over the lake. Host was professional, courteous and attentive without being smothering. All around great experience! 10/10 would repeat!”

“Great home, accommodated three generations of family members for reunion. On suites are best feature so accessibility is good on main floor. Lots of fun things to do. Plenty of dining seating for 20 plus people. Only concern was outside grill only one burner (left) of three working properly and needs work, needs good cleaning.”

“The place had that WOW factor. Our host was great in making sure our stay was top of the line.”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and home. It was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. We will probably stay there again.”

“You really can't beat the price, and it was in a quiet part of a quiet neighborhood. However, the home and some of the fixtures and things around the house seemed to be in need of some repairs. For our family we were able to make things work. We had two adults and five children (two were teenage) and we were able to more or less enjoy having a place to call home for the weekend.”

“Great property, will stay here again!”
