“The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Better than you’d expect for a motel in that price range. The continental breakfast was pretty sparse, so I took advantage of one of the fast food options nearby. Would stay again.”

Also, the mini-refrigerator was not plugged in when we arrived and thus very hot inside…took several hours to cool down to store our beverages. Last item…we were booked next door to a room with a barking dog…we changed rooms.”

“This motel was well-maintained. It had a lot of electrical outlets, which is very important to me. Everything worked well. Of special note was the sincerely kind and helpful manner of Rhonda, the evening front desk clerk. She gave us good information and was exceptionally welcoming. Rhonda was very concerned that we would have a good stay. The hot breakfast buffet was above expectations with a very wide assortment of items. This is where many motel amenities fall short of the mark, but...

“This is a gem of a hotel in a gem of a city. The property dates back to the early days of Guthrie and has been artfully updated. Our room was spacious and quiet. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a piece of history.”

“2 night stay, room was clean. Bed was “made” after first night, no coffee left for 2nd night. Empty coffee wrapper was left on dresser. I would stay again, just noting the minor flaws”

“Extremely Clean, except for stained ground floor carpet, the laundry is right behind the reception desk, the soap smell nearly knocks you over. However, after three days you become accustom to it. The breakfast consist of muffins, make your own waffles (that are very good), apple and cranberry juice, yogurt I did not check the favors, dry ceral two kinds, coffee, milk, etc. There was no computer work station to check email, wifi was good on the property. hot shower, the receptacles on the lamps...

“The carpet was absolutely filthy, took shoes off at the door and walked from the beds to the bathroom and around the room and my white socks looked like i had walked 5 miles outside. No hot water in the sink only cold. $20 per pet per night, $80, was ridiculous for the condition of the room. We will not stay here again, would definitely recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for one of the surrounding motels/hotels.”
