“Booked a room here. Got there and the guy at the desk couldn’t check me in. He tried calling his manager several times but got no answer. Waited 20 minutes and still nothing. I never actually stayed here and no matter how many times I call in for a refund I get sent to voicemail. Booked this through Expedia so I tried with Expedia, they tried calling too and still no answer ”
