“I’ve stayed here plenty of time in which the other times were okay. But this time the room was dirty and smelled like mold and there was a strong smell coming from the drain. Worst stay ever. I couldn’t even stay there and they had no other rooms to switch me to. I reserved it for 2 nights and didn’t stay either I went to a friends house in town. I let the front desk know and they agreed the room was bad. It was damp and smelly and not clean. But they would only refund me for one day the manager...

“I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. They did attempt to accommodate but it was too late at that point. Mary. Was the worst ever, 😫 Mickey if that's even his name was slightly above...

“The rooms were clean but there were several people smoking right outside of the entrances. One of our rooms did not have a shower curtain upon arrival. I do have a question re: handicapped accessible rooms. The rooms were on the lower level- which was fine. BUT to get to the breakfast area room, you either walked up and around the outside of the building or climbed stairs. ALSO to use the shower, you had to be able to raise your leg at least 15 inches to clear the side of the tub. THEN TO STEP...

“First of all, the property is lovely. Debbi is an amazing property manager and extremely helpful! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could imagine you might need. Lots of places to gather and just be together.”

“Host was excellent and responsive to questions. The loft was just as pictured. Very clean, nicely decorated and equipped. Would return and recommend. There’s a couple bar/restaurants a block away with good food/service. Also an ice cream and burger place less than a block. We had a great stay and enjoyed the town. ”
