“Nice and cozy! Great location”

“Our group enjoyed the stay here. Check in and out was smooth and communication effective. The train is a little noisy, so bring ear plugs.”

“Overall an average place to stay. Lag in communication with host (we didn’t have internet for one day of the stay, which was very frustrating in a non service area.) After a second attempt to contact the host 24 hrs later, they were prompt and it was an easy fix. Exterior: The outside yard needs some TLC and the propane grill igniter didn't work. (Just a small thing, but frustrating.) The porch light wasn’t working properly, which made it difficult when coming in at night, but we alerted the...

“Nice house with lots of room. Very pleased with our stay!”

“was a decent place and pretty clean. was pretty disappointed that there was no bedding/linens or towels or any of that. still had a good time tho. prolly a little overpriced.”

“The cabin was very nice and enjoyed it. The area is definitely sad. Not really anywhere to eat, very limited on groceries. A very poor area to say the least. I feel bad for the people there because their livelihood was taken from them when the government stop coil from being produced. ”

“The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently. The house was clean and comfortable, if you can handle the train noise, the property is a fair price. They provide ear plugs to help with the...

“We arrived 30 minutes after check-in with no instructions to check-in. This property is managed by Evolve and they are not responsive. My first contact with them was to extend our stay by one night. I had to message numerous times with zero response. I was finally able to find a # for Evolve, once I contacted them it took a week to get a response. The day of our check-in, I never received any information on how to check-in, no code was provided. I found another # to call which was for the host...

“Great access to trail system. Plenty of room. We had 3 buggies and 2 trailers / 2 trucks andHad room for parking. You can hear the train but after a day of riding too tired to hear it. Would stay again. Host very communicative and responsive.”

“We had an excellent time riding the trails house was just as listed and price was very reasonable. The garage was awesome to lock your machine up in. Location is good you can join several diff trials very close to house-and from there the skys the limit. You can even hit other systems if you run the road a little. We road Pinnacle, Pocahontas, Indian ridge ,Warrior and even took the road up to Rock House about 45 mins to hour running hwy. We didnt drive our vehicle anywere all week everything...
