“Anche se la città non offre molto da fare abbiamo apprezzato la tappa presso questa struttura, il ragazzo alla reception è stato molto cortese. La camera era enorme, anche troppo. La zona è commerciale quindi poco turistica di per se. Colazione dell’hotel accettabile.”

“The hotel was terrible. The pool was broken and it was closed for a while. The elevator to our room on the eighth floor was broken. We had to go up and down the stairs for over a half a day. The rooms did not have any towels and we weren’t able to ask for more than two towels because they didn’t have them. The hotel was rundown and the front desk was overwhelmed by all of the guests so she of course, had an attitude. Our room also did not have any towels when we got there.”

“Have me the wrong room. Elevators wasn’t working so had to tote all bags up 2 flights of stairs and room was so hot it was 78 degrees with 100 degrees weather outside”

“Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again as I was in town to visit family. The room was very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and my husband appreciated the big TV. The shower had great hot water, which was a nice bonus after a long day. The hotel itself is very nice, especially the lobby and bar area. Parking was easy and convenient as we’re able to park right in the front entrance with no issues both nights being there, and the location is...

“When I showed up at 6:30pm I had to wait in line for 20 min for the desk rep to appear (sign on counter stated “back in 10 min”). My bathroom had mold in the shower, pipes exposed. A/C was extremely loud and made knocking sounds when it would shut off. The stairwells were filthy. In fact dried up diarrhea from a pet hadn’t been touched. I will never stay there again. I will say the 2nd day the front desk attendant (different person from day one) was very helpful and present the entire time.”
