“Nice mattress and pillows. Slept great! It’s an older hotel. And the halls have an odd odor. But I’d stay there again.”

“Very friendly manager checked me in and he was extremely pleasant and courteous. It wasn’t a very busy night so he upgraded my room to a suite with a view without me even asking. I was very surprised and so thankful that he did this. The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the river.”

“The lady at the registration desk was new when we got there, and she did an excellent job. She had recently transferred from a housekeeper after three years to the front desk, it was an amazing choice on the managers judgment.”

From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had a great experience. The team was always happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and help with anything we needed. What stood out most was their kindness and personal touch.
