“As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....

“Room and bathroom very dirty Staff doesn’t know how to clean or they don’t clean”

“Room was on 3rd floor, right next to all the ice and vending machines. I asked not to be have a room in this area. I got up to my floor and I thought it was a joke on me. The shower setup was horrible and difficult to use. I felt if the toilet paper dispenser was any farther away I would have to stand up off the throne to reach it. I haven't stayed in a hotel for a while, but I didn't know the travel size shampoo was no longer provided. I am grateful that I had a roof over my head and I was...

“super nice staff. room size and amenities were great. The only thing i didn't like was the initial smell of the room. Some sort of spray freshener was used and I am sensitive to smells. Once room was aired out it was perfect.”

“The hotel was being remodeled , and the pool Area was closed. Something that wasn’t advertised so when we booked the room for the kids being able to swim we got there and the pool Was closed. Wouldn’t have stayed there knowing the pool Was closed. The fridge froze our food and exploded our sodas, there wasn’t any water pressure taking a shower. When the site said “ breakfast” just an fyi it’s not included you pay for it. The staff was super friendly! ”

“Stayed three nights at this property. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. Each morning they had a different variety of breakfast items to choose from and it was good. The property backs up to a little creek amongst beautiful trees that you can enjoy around a fire pit…it’s lovely. When we come thru Missoula again, we will definitely stay here. ”
