While the staff were friendly and helpful, there were issues with the room that preclude my giving a good review. *There were only three small coffee pods in the tray by the room’s coffeemaker, and only one of the pods was labeled. *The ice machine nearest to our room did not work. *Two remotes to the tv. “Excellent staff-the ultimate example in customer service! Wonderful pool over Labor Day weekend! We will return in the future. There is a damage deposit fee that is advertised with the booking but we got it back the same day we checked out. Breakfast choices are Belgian waffles and grab and go Jimmy Dean sausage, egg and cheese croissants , muffins, juice and coffee, instant oatmeal/grits. The elevator went out but it was fixed immediately. Great a/c in our room. Comfortable and quiet room.”

“Checking in and out was easy. Room was clean except discovered a very large water bug in the middle of the night and couldn’t fall back to sleep after seeing it. Bed sheets are a bit rough compared to other linens I have had at other hotels.”

“I was greeted by a roach as soon as I opened the door. The cleaning of the room was subpar. The door has a huge gap underneath it and I asked for them to repair it but placing weather stripping. It never happened. Then a saw another baby roach. They had the room treated and finally got rid of the roaches. Also had dirty linen placed on my bed one week.”

“Traveling for work, needed a simple place for one night. I didn’t even go in. Looked dingy with linens draping over the windows and abandoned other than a couple of young kids playing in the parking lot. Not a suitable stay”
