“Nicer place than expected good location ”

“The shower is nice and we got a good night sleep. The hotel needs work! The side entrance didn’t lock and had a broken glass. A light needed to be replaced and not enough light over the shower. The tv stand and base of the tv is broken.”

“The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, you ordered any entree on the menu free. Although at booking it is an up charge for the breakfast package. Well worth it.”

“Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience.”

“Me and my fiance stayed their only one night, and was treated very very terrible it was also very humiliating were homeless right now i just would never recommend them!!!”

“Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Check-in folks were very nice and friendly, my room was clean and comfortable, there was plenty of parking, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. My room had nice amenities with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area!”

“Arrived to check in with 4 11-yr girls for a swim night. Was told the pool was closed for two weeks. I Canceled the reservation. Will need to file for refund. I reserved online, should have been notified the pool was closed!”
