“Sono stato nello stesso hotel 4 o 5 anni fa e lo avevo scelto tra le molte offerte di Booking. Ma lo ho trovato trasandato e sporco. Nel mio corridoio ho trovato uno scarafaggio lungo come un pollice e questo in un albergo a 4 stelle non credo sia accettabile”

“Nice property, but bring your own pillows. They were the size of pillows that you would put on a sofa. Clean room, but not a comfortable rest. I requested additional pillows, which were also very small for a king size bed. Small, lumpy, uncomfortable. One elevator was not working. Ice machine was not working on our floor. Sticky substance on the floor of the elevator. Each step resulted in a crackling. One of the elevators did not work for one day.”

“Great location. Close to shopping and pretty much any kind of food you could think of. Rooms are large and very clean.”

“Room was not clean to my satisfaction. Beds weren't made neat. Bed sheets could have been cleaner. It seemed like staff just put the comforter without making and straightening the bed sheet. Pillows were not soft. Not quiet enough to sleep comfortably, noise level was high.”

“We stayed four nights (with two wild, messy toddlers) and asked if every day someone could come vacuum up and take our trash and only one of those days they actually cleaned up our room. You’re not allowed to take breakfast back to your room which was a bit of a bummer with toddlers. The pool sign says open until midnight, but they told us at check in they close it at ten, then when we went at seven they told us they already closed the pool down for the night. Probably not the best place to stay...
