“The front desk could not find my reservation even with the conformation number. 20 min later he figured it out. The sheets were dirty I had to get new sheets and the make the bed. They ran out of waffle mix and syrup at 8:15 am.”

“One look at the breakfast and we opted to walk over to First Watch instead. The hotel is great. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is lackluster. There’s also a nice-looking bar in the lobby that goes unused every evening, so for your nightcap walk over to Brown Iron Brewhouse where there are plenty of beers and ciders on tap, and where you get a discount when staying at the hotel (at the time of writing this review). We’ll be back here every time we come to town due to the location.”

“The breakfast is included-it was not listed as such on the booking (wish I had known ahead of time). Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Blinds and curtains actually fully cover.”

“Lean room, spacious, and thoughtful amenities.”

“I really love this place very clean and the staff is great there”

“The front desk customer service person couldn't find my 2nd room reservation and I ended up getting 1 room with 2 beds for 3 people. The bed smells strong javelin and we had headaches next day all day.”
