Cerca hotel in Contea di Oakland

“Sono stato nello stesso hotel 4 o 5 anni fa e lo avevo scelto tra le molte offerte di Booking. Ma lo ho trovato trasandato e sporco. Nel mio corridoio ho trovato uno scarafaggio lungo come un pollice e questo in un albergo a 4 stelle non credo sia accettabile”

“Pool was not clean. No towels at the pool. Staff was difficult to find to correct issues. Breakfast on Sunday ended at 9:30 but food was gone by 9:10. Won’t stay again. ”

“No soap in shower dispensers as well the property has paper thin walls where you can completely hear other people’s conversation.”

“Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is in a great location and the room was clean. Check-in staff was very nice. Just a couple of things to note: We asked for additional pillows and they said they didn't have any more. Also, put breakfast away an hour early one day so we weren't able to grab any. Maybe they were understaffed that weekend.”

“Was a bit oudated, in that some fresh paint and minor upkeep could help the rooms seem a bit better. No soundproofing at all. You could hear everything and we stated at the same time that some inconsoderate guests did. Being loud, slamming doors, letting their kids run wild. Maybe they could invest in that somehow. To allow guests some peace from at least the hallways and connecting rooms. It was like everything was paper thin. Staff was extremely friendly, but might have been a bit overrun,...

“Everything seemed like it was just glued on, switch plates, towel holder, doors super old, one elevator goes to the gym and the other doesn’t so you have to play a waiting game as there is only 1 button for both elevator. There were adult parties in the lobby but children were going in and out as there was no security ”

“Everything was pretty good. The amenities and rooms were great, it was just that there were many rowdy families next door that had kids running around knocking on my door at late hours in the night. Maybe the type of people that stay here don't care about that, but it was pretty classless to be that loud and disruptive with other people trying to enjoy their quiet weekends. “For the price it was pretty clean and decent place, you have everything you need to sleep, take a shower and have a breakfast. Safe parking and close to highway!”

“Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. If we have to come back to the area again we will definitely be staying here!”
