“Room was accessed with key code, no interaction with staff, which we prefer. Clean, cute and comfortable room. Only thing that could have been better was to have access to a blow dryer. I couldn’t find one in the room and had to buy one. Would definitely stay again!”

“The grandkids loved the pool and the adults the hot tub. The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant. The facilities are dated but clean. I do wish there had been an exhaust fan in the bathroom. All in all, our stay was pleasant.”

“We had stayed here last November also and you can tell the difference with the new owners. Everything is shaping up nicely. New carpet and everything was spotless. They have a nice breakfast available also. Plan on staying here often as we have a new grandson in the area.”

“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
