“The tiny house was so cute and had everything you could need. It was located close to places to eat, shops and the marina/lake. The chickens and beautiful farm lands were an extra bonus. It was just the peaceful escape we needed. Thanks so much Charles. We will be back”

“Property is located one block from marina and beach and next to the incredible Harbor View restaurant. Unit is very nicely decorated and everything was in excellent working order. A perfect place to enjoy the lake and all Pepin and surrounding areas have to offer”

“It needed attention-counters were not clean and had crumbs of food on them-tablecloth was dirty-bathroom was not wiped-stains on furniture etc. On the plus side, the beds were great!There were no trash/recycle bins outside. We didn’t know what to do with dirty towels!?Also there were some tripping hazards that should have been marked. ”

“Did a girls weekend with family and it was wonderful, minus the weather which no one can help. The property was as described. The only thing that would have been helpful was a drinking water source. There was a pitch in the fridge but it had some water in it and we didn’t know how it got there so we did not use it because we had no way to empty and wash it. So we just bright bottled water, which is no big deal. I will say the pillows on the bed were so comfy! The sauna was perfect! Communication...

“This is a great little apartment on the main floor. It’s about a block from the Pepin marina with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We have friends that have a place in town but the train keeps me up all night when I stay there. I didn’t even hear the train here👍. We will definitely stay again!!”

“Open and spacious. Just what we needed to prepare wedding flowers, food, etc. peaceful and nice outdoor setting. would have loved to have enjoyed that but time didn’t allow. Later checkout was helpful after three days of wedding prep and celebration. Very appreciative!”
