“Disappointed to say the least. Water park not opened . Severely understaffed and untrained ceilings fell from a broken water pipe in the indoor pool, closing that temporarily. However pool was filthy after and they didn’t clean it. I was contacted by manager and given some compensation . He was very nice . Very disappointed”

“The main area was clean with the beds was clean. The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been and the bathroom mirror needed to be replaced. It was worn out. Employees were great.”

“Pool was out of order. The room wasn't very clean. Breakfast is better at the gas station next door. We've been going there every year for tournaments and it seems to be getting worse every year.”

“AC worked well. Found some random hairs. Shower water pressure wasn't the greatest. But pool and workout room were spotless as was the beautiful breakfast spread. So, overall, 4.7/5.”
