“Why is this place so expensive? It is a very typical older hotel and should be $70-90 per night, not $170. I should have stopped in Columbia or continued on to Kirksville. It is clean, with friendly staff and the breakfast was fine but the price is more appropriate for a much more deluxe place.”

“Resting and relaxing on a comfortable bed and couches. Perfect outdoor furniture for morning coffee, meals, or an evening game and drink. Fishing and kayaking on the secluded, peaceful, easy to access lake. Also close, easy drive back to town if needed. We loved this cabin! 10/10 recommend!!!”

“It was cute and cozy for sure the kids loved being able to fish. We didn’t have any complaints only suggestions to maybe do something with the property outside to make it prettier it has so much potential out there! Over all it was great for our family get together!”
