“Hotel is brand new and staff are friendly”

“My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...

“When I arrived for check in I waited 25min for someone to arrive at the desk. Once entering my room there was a broken chair in the middle of the room. Bath tub was dirty and the bed sheets had stains”

“There was no hot water for a couple days. Nothing was mentioned on the website when we booked NOR were we told at check in. Another customer told us.”

“I paid for a room with a king bed. When I arrived no king bed was available and the staff said the rooms with king beds weren’t cleaned. (It was 11pm) I was still charged the same amount”

“Camera molto pulita e spaziosa con servizio per il caffè , comodo il parcheggio proprio dall’altro lato della strada , siamo arrivati molto tardi ma con il self check-in non abbiamo avuto problemi . Fantastica la colazione e la sala comune la mattina dopo , è stato un piacere soggiornare qui e torneremo sicuramente se ne avremo bisogno ”

“Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward.”
