“The property is a little dated, but it was a very nice stay for one night. The best surprise was that the included breakfast was provided by the Perkins next door. Their breakfast was wonderful!”

“Although the room & bathroom were clean, when we entered the room upon arrival, a very unpleasant sewage odor was present. This odor was corrected by an air freshner my husband found in the exercise room. The curtains need to be replaced as the backing was deteriorating allowing streetlight & am sunlight to filter through. The beds were very comfortable; the linen & towels were adequate. The staff was very cordial & parking was adequate. The breakfast offered was limited.”

“Absolutely amazing stay in Great Bend while we were hunting around the area. Phenomenally well equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast and dinner. Alek was a super amazing host that was super responsive to any issues we had (which were minimal). Don’t hesitate to book this place as it’s only a few blocks from a grocery store and in the middle of downtown. ”

We opened windows to air it out.There was a slept in, unmade bed in the basement.The coffee pot had leftover coffee and used grounds in the filter.There was no top sheet on one of the beds.Laundry left in the dryer.We had a very pleasant stay, the yard was beautiful, with a quiet neighborhood. It is a cute house.Thank you.”
