Hotel a Radium

“Before the fire a few years ago, and I am assuming new ownership, this hotel used to be a really nice place to stay! Now it's half the original price more, no more coffee pots in room and no more breakfasts. After checking in, I was informed that they do not supply drain stoppers (for bathtub), as too many people have overflowed the tubs. Upon prodding, the front desk person finally brought me a drain stopper, but it didn't work in this particular tub. The refrigerator had seen better days and...

“It was really nice clean room. Actually this Supper 8 building in Great Bend is the first Hotel of Supper 8 that I have ever stayed for a long time. I was stunned when I see the newest modern building they built. I’m glad I choose to stay. Everything inside room looks great.”

“Although the room & bathroom were clean, when we entered the room upon arrival, a very unpleasant sewage odor was present. This odor was corrected by an air freshner my husband found in the exercise room. The curtains need to be replaced as the backing was deteriorating allowing streetlight & am sunlight to filter through. The beds were very comfortable; the linen & towels were adequate. The staff was very cordial & parking was adequate. The breakfast offered was limited.”
