“The property was very clean, staff very friendly and great free breakfast. Room was nice, however, even though we made our reservation 2 months in advance we got one of the worst room locations possible-elevator was literally at our door, ice machine was next to us, and stairwell next to that. VERY noisy. Walls and floors are VERY thin. Heard someone above us using the toilet. Heard someone else going in and out of their closet with a squeaky door about 6 times at 730am. The first 2 nights were...

“Perfect for what I needed, a place to get some rest.”

“No vending machines in every floor like the signs state or ice machines. Only ice machine or vending machine are in the first floor. They need to fix their signs. Other than that the place is pretty good!”

“Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was unfamiliar with “new” computer system, so took very, very long to get checked in. Was given handicap accessible room, (not requested) where bathroom fixtures were not secure in the wall, and curtains not secure on tracks. ”
